Our story

DNA Brix was founded by David West and Anheles Coronado (D n’ A) in the late summer of 2020. With nothing but time, they began sorting out their own LEGO collections and bought a few lots on Craigslist. On August first, DNA Brix launched on Bricklink, an online marketplace for genuine LEGO products. Anheles left shortly after for university and David took over.

Within a few weeks the store had outgrown his bedroom and was moved to a storage unit. David spent hours a day putting parts for sale in the cold storage unit, packing orders every morning at 7 and buying as much Lego as possible. Eventually he needed to hire sorters, and in the fall of 2021 he began to run out of space in the storage unit.

After visiting several potential store locations, he found the perfect space for Bricklink and a brand new retail storefront. David spent all of November, 2021 getting ready to open to the public. On December first, DNA Brix opened for in-person shopping and Bricklink has been growing rapidly since. In May of 2022, DNA Brix made the switch to online shopping only to keep up with the demand of Bricklink and Brickowl orders.

David reopened a retail store again, at a brand new location, on November 25th, 2022!

Today, the DNA Brix location, is only available to the public for online pick up and selling of product to DNA!
